Yellow Croaker:

The species Micropogonias furnieri belongs to the fish family Scianidae. Caught in the cold waters of the Río de la Plata and the South Atlantic Ocean, the croaker is a wild fish with a nutritional content rich in Omega 3 fatty acids.

It is characterized for having delicious and soft meat, pleasant and particular flavor, and a bright and attractive appearance; qualities that make yellow croaker the most appreciated and demanded species in Uruguay.

It is processed and frozen, either whole round, gutted, HG or in filets.
